At Auto Depot, we stand behind our work with a 24-month/24,000-mile Nationwide Repair Warranty. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle repairs are covered no matter where you go.

Who Provides This Warranty?

This limited warranty is provided by the independent repair facility that completed your service. It is honored at participating repair shops across the United States, ensuring you’re never left stranded.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers a variety of vehicle repair and service categories, including:

✔ Brake System Repairs
✔ Air Conditioning & Heating Systems
✔ Engine Cooling System
✔ Electrical System (Starting & Charging)
✔ Engine Performance & Driveability Repairs
✔ Exhaust System Repairs
✔ Fuel System Repairs
✔ Ignition System Repairs
✔ Electronic Engine Management & On-Board Computers
✔ Steering & Suspension Repairs (including CV joints, U-joints, wheel bearings, and driveshafts)
✔ Cruise Control System Repairs
✔ Other Minor Repairs

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises within 24 months or 24,000 miles, the facility that performed your repair will:

✅ Perform remedial service work at no charge
✅ Replace the defective parts at no cost
✅ Refund the original repair charge (minus previous refunds, if applicable)

What’s Not Covered?

Certain repairs and services are excluded from this limited warranty, such as:

🚫 Engine, Transmission, Clutch, or Differential Repairs
🚫 Auto Body, Paint, Glass, and Molding Repairs
🚫 Batteries, Tires, and Used Parts
🚫 Commercial Vehicles

Additionally, damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.

How to Get Warranty Service

To claim warranty service:

📌 If you’re within 25 miles of the original repair facility, return to that location with your original repair invoice.
📌 If you’re more than 25 miles away, call our Warranty Administrator at 800-351-8438 (available Monday–Friday: 8 AM–8 PM ET, Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM ET). They will direct you to the nearest participating facility.

🔹 If no participating location is available, you may use a non-participating facility and submit your repair invoices for review.
🔹 If your vehicle is inoperable more than 25 miles away from the original facility, you may qualify for:
✔ Towing reimbursement (up to $75)
✔ Rental car reimbursement (up to 2 days at $40/day)
