We have two Mercedes Benz AMGs, one new, one not so new. We have been using this shop for 3 years. They have been consistent in their competence, customer service and most important their honesty. First time customer, called the day before spoke with the owner on the phone to confirm the price to be just below $90 for my oil change with taxes. When I arrived I was quoted an hour for the oil change which I was not prepared for, they said I could walk or wait and they would drop the time to 30 minutes instead. I came back 35 minutes later and ended up waiting in the front for the full hour and was charged $94 instead of the previously agreed amount. I did express my concerns and was called back by the owner who called me by the wrong name repeatedly as they saved my number under someone else. He did admit he misquoted me and his staff were not honest about the timing. They told me that they did a full vehicle inspection, I reminded them I did not ask for that, but they didn’t do a full inspection because I know there were issues prior in my car. This experience would’ve been very different if they were transparent about their time, services and prices. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Aaron and Erik were super helpful in making sure my truck got in and out quickly. Waited a little bit for an oil filter to be delivered, but that’s out of their control. These guys have replaced the transmission, and completely serviced my truck. They’re my first choice in the area!

Pulled into Sequim for a Vacation Saturday, did a little shopping, my car wouldn't start.. after car sat awhile, changed battery in FOB, it finally started, but all sorts of random dashboard lights were on. Made it to house we were staying at, no mazda dealerships anywhere near there. My son found Auto Depot, they had great ratings and have worked on the Mazda CX-5 for years. Called first thing Monday morning, they got my car right in, diagnosed the problem, and they were able to fix it and a few other necessary things I had been putting off. My car runs so good now, no squeaky belt sounds or strange noises. I wish I lived closer to this shop, but may do my service there while i am on vacation there in the future. Customer service, Communication, quality of work and price is excellent. Thank you for fixing my car so I have a safe vehicle to drive.

The crew at Auto Depot took car of two of my cars in one week. They diagnosed a huge problem I had with a 2003 Cadillac, which helped us decide if we were going to salvage or fix. No way did they pressure me to throw $$ at a lost cause. Honest small biz is so appreciated. My other car had a check engine light warning. A quick diagnostic check revealed No Big Deal! YAY! Definitely will take my cars here for service.

J.r I was booked out 3 weeks in advance I explained to Carol and Joel the issue of what it was Carol said he would diagnos the truck before just fixing something so I agreed to those terms. Carol never gave me a time frame to arrive I called him twice to let him know today at 230 the truck will be dropped off from Evergreen towing. He said we'll we have about 2 hours of work on it "your not expecting it today are you" no end quote no Carol I replied tomorrow is OK. Well Carol said I can diagnosis it tonight and work on it tomorrow either way I will call you back. Needless to say Carol never called he didn't even call the following afternoon. I called him, he didn't answer. So I hopped on the bus and took a look. The truck didn't even move for 3 days finally on the 3rd day I waited in the lobby for him to show. He said hey j.r we are pulling your truck in now. Lol and so they did Joel and Eric towed my truck behind a suburu and I walked to the store before I can get a mile away he called and said j.r your fuel tank is empty the truck start great runs good. So when I arrive he said I didn't diagnose your truck at all. I said did you check anything with a multimeter or pressure check the pump? Maybe check out the jets in the carb or see if it needs to be timed. He said no but I think it needs to be timed. So here it is the 4th day at 445 he called me again 2 times in 30 mind uhhg j.r are you coming to get the truck well I showed up paid 300 out of 400 which he agreed to. Until following day. The truck barely moved out of the parking lot backfired and sneezed lol so I called Carol back again he said uggggh j.r I have your v.m from last nite I guess the truck won't move. Yep Carol your right the truck isn't drivable. I said I will start working on it myself well I have 3 employees to pay he said and a ton of customers I replied so what em I hoped liver here or what! He said no j.r idk good luck man. Joel is a joke they never even popped the hood the air filter was still off lol

I brought my 2015 Chevy Colorado into Aaron in the crew at Auto Depot to get my four-wheel drive fixed and get my oil changed and when the mechanic looked at it there was nothing wrong with the four-wheel drive and they completed the oil change and all the service was professional and great and they did not take advantage of me with the situation so I highly recommend Aaron and Auto Depot to anyone out there

I had to be at a conference that afternoon in Ocean Shores. I came in to see if they could help. Arrived at 8am with no appointment, they went up & beyond to help me! I recently took my car to Auto Depot for a spark plug replacement, oil change, and transmission fluid service, and I couldn’t be more impressed! My car runs smoother than ever now, and I really appreciate how thorough they were in making sure everything was done right. Sequim Auto Depot installed a receiver on my Ford Transit. It only took days from making the appointment to the installation. As my tire pressure indicator was on, Erin also inspected and inflated all five tires to the proper pressure. This had not been part of the plan. He even test drove the van. Thank you Erin, for prompte service and for going above and beyond to make sure my van was safe for driving.

Fixed my brake problem and thoroughly explained the issue. Fixed the second problem, which was replacing the mechanism and motor so the driver side window would close properly. Both issues were fixed and done correctly and in a timely manner. Fixing the window malfunction cost only a third of the price had I done it at a local dealership. Thank you.

Had a starter problem and the pu truck wouldn't run. Got towed to Auto Depot and was quoted about a week for them to get to it. They diagnosed the problem, got the part, and had all the work done in four days...can't ask for better service than that! Thanks, guys, fir a job well done. I've had two services on my Ford Escape, and both have met my expectations. The owner/manager seems to be committed to quality, and communicates well. I intend to continue using Auto Depot for my vehicle work. Considering that customers may choose to wait for work to be completed, a larger lounge area with toilets would be appreciated, and perhaps even an espresso cafe next door.

my issue was not solved .(0300) still happening they said it was fixed. Its not fixed also i brought it in to find out where the leak was in my air conditioning. They told me it was fixed. I got home and I noticed there was some leakage. I assumed it was from the repair later on. I realize there’s a leak when I called back to let him know about it. He got hostile, he didn’t fix it the first time I brought it in for the 300 and he didn’t fix the air conditioning unit. It still leaks. Also asked to check the tension on the belt for the compressor and now the belt on the compressor is squealing. Apparently, he didn’t check the belt tension after he repaired supposedly repaired the air conditioning leak. My big problem with him is the hostility made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back there if he was the last mechanic on this planet. And I’m not doing this post out of anger I’m doing it because of how he treated me when I complained about their work

Great place! They were able to squeeze me in right away for some emergency brake repair when i was stuck in Sequim. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Came back a few weeks later for a scheduled tune up and they did a great job on that too. Put it this way, I am willing to drive over 2 hours to go here.

Hey Aaron, I’m in Canada right now. I paid $240 for you to refill very little of my coolant, which I had done pre y and I stated it didn’t take hardly any? it was my compressor,that’s why I didn’t come back. I had it diagnosed and I feel like you should’ve done that. Not just fill up my. Coolant again! Told you that had already been done!that’s about $500 I’ve paid to have that done twice.

I brought my car in twice for an oil change and general check, and I'll be coming back with all my car needs! They're honest, affordable, and so thorough they found why my AC wasn't working - I didn't even bring up this issue and it took other mechanics multiple times to figure it out.

Love this place. I went to Les Schwab and they told me I needed all new brakes and calipers, took it here for a second opinion and not only did I not need calipers at all, just brake pads, and they saved me almost $300.

Super!!! Was trying to sell a vehicle when engine light came on. Aaron was able to get me in right away. He found the engine light code, printed out details on trouble shooting the code in order to fix it (he would have fixed it if we had time before selling) price was extremely fair….. made the process of selling a vehicle w problems very easy. Today was the second time I’ve brought my Jeep to Auto Depot…..for an oil change. I bought extra oil since the engine is known for using a lot of oil. Aaron explained to me how these particular engines are built and how they work. I just LOVE it when people love their trade and are willing to explain things because I love to learn. They also let me know my Jeep will need some TLC because it is coming up on 100k miles…..so now I can save for it……I just love Auto Depot!

Auto Depot is THE BEST. Cant say enough good things about them. My car has been giving me trouble ever since Toyota Wilder “fixed” the idler pulley over a year ago. Toyota quoted me close to 3K for inspecting the source of the squeaky sound that did not go away after they serviced my car. My car finally gave up a few days ago and was towed over to Auto Depot. Giving up car service from “the big guys” and opting to a local mechanic’s shop was the best thing to happen to me in a while. Auto Depot folks figured the issue and got it fixed for ***10 times less the cost*** than Toyota quoted me. The car feels brand new and i could not be more satisfied with their work. A shout out to Aaron for keeping me updated and helping me out throughout this process. I 100% recommend Auto Depot in Sequim.

They do great work, however they are a bit on the pricey side and when I told them I had no bolts or brackets for my backseat they told me they could fix it, then after looking told me they couldn't fix it because I didn't have brackets. Not sure if they didn't fully listen to me, but it was frustrating and the only reason I brought my car in to them in the first place. So my car only got half fixed for more then I thought I would pay.

Auto Depot was recommended to us over the NextDoor app, so word of mouth. The job was a change of alternator, which involves pulling the radiator and air conditionimg compressor. The job went off on schedule and without a hitch,.and they also recharged my AC and changed radiator coolant.(possibly with little to no extra.charge...I haven't actually checked the receipt) but I paid only the amount originally quoted.

I have used Auto Depot for all my auto maintenance and repair for 3 years. They have excellent customer service and are great at getting you scheduled in on short notice. I had an estimate of $3,000 for a repair at another shop and I took it to Auto Depot and they diagnosed it differently which only cost me $168.00. My car has almost 200,000 miles on it and they are great about answering questions and making recommendations to keep my auto running smoothly. Very professional and would highly recommend!

The mechanic tried his best, but disappointing result. Seems like he was in over his head running between cars, answering phones, helping the other mechanic with the result being he never really was able to focus on the basic problem. He seemed to have spent a long time trying the same thing over and over, which is what we had been trying, to no avail. Got the car back in a little worse shape and still paid for it. Nice guy, but didn't build confidence.

Aaron, Justin and the guys at Auto Depot are awesome! They are very friendly, and Aaron was kind enough to work with my budget. He got me in as soon as he could. I had had a bad experience with Les Schwab where they misdiagnosed the amount of wear on my front pads and gave me a ridiculously overpriced estimate. After that, I had gone to just about every other shop in Sequim, most were either booked out for weeks, some were downright rude. So I am going to stick with Auto Depot from now on and will recommend them to everyone I know and to anyone looking for good, fast, friendly service!
