I came from Seattle Wednesday in my 1997 Tacoma to visit for a few days off. I literally just had the truck in a shop for battery replacement the day before. Engine light came on right when I got to Sequim. Engine overheating and I had to pull off the highway. I called Larry and he informed me that he was booked out 2 wks but if I could get it in he'd take a look. I was only in Sequim for 4 days and had to get back to Seattle for work. His team looked at it and it needed several things. A new radiator was one. His team Aaron and Kyle got it done by Friday. I went back to work with no overheating. I'm grateful.

Brought my 4Runner in to have air conditioning recharged. Unfortunately, there were leaks so had to have the O rings replaced. Yes, it was expensive, but not as costly as taking it to the Toyota dealership. They fixed my vehicle in one day and the air conditioning works great. This is the third time we have taken our vehicles to Aaron.

These guys are awesome! I brought my VW bus in for what I thought would be a simple oil change. It turned out that the last shop to work on it really messed up the oil filter. Aaron and Justin has to actually take apart the external oil filter and put it back on to get the filter off. They put lots of effort and time into correcting someone else’s mistake. They came through and did the job expertly! The cost was way less than it should have been and I will be returning for service here often. Thank you so much! I’ve never had such a great experience!!

I don't like doctors or auto shops knowing it is going to cost money while hoping for a good outcome. Having said that, Aaron and his crew at Auto Depot are top notch. They are thorough and care about your safety. They want to make sure you can get as many miles out of your vehicle as possible. They let you know of any concerns and always let you decide what course of action needs to be taken. Their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs work to be done on their vehicle.

Auto Depot conducted a thorough inspection of my 2020 Mazda CX-30 with just over 60,000 miles. I needed front and rear brakes and a transmission drain and refill, which I had expected and which is congruent with Mazda service intervals. They performed the work at a fair price and had the work completed the same day. I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend this business to anyone who is tired of dealerships ripping you off!

I knew something was wrong but thought it was just mushy brakes that a bleed would fix. Another dealer changed pads and flushed the brakes a few months ago, but they could not get me in to do a check. I called Auto Depot and Arron was able to work me in. After driving the truck, both Arron and the mechanic believed the front brakes were dragging and hot and the brake oil was brown for overheating. New pads and a flush and it feels like my old truck. Auto Depot is my new home for my truck service. I will pay the other dealer a visit but have no hope of recovering and of the costs incurred by their shoddy work.

I called to see if I could get an appointment that day. Aaron set me up with an afternoon appointment. Dropped my car off and walked to Sportsman’s Warehouse expecting it to take an hour. 45 min later I received a text saying that the car was ready. I appreciate they were able to fit me in on short notice, completed the job quickly, and communicated well during the job. I usually work on my vehicles, but will definitely bring them here for anything beyond my scope. Fast and friendly service.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received at Auto Depot in Sequim! During the week of Christmas, when most places were closed or short-staffed, their mechanic Erik went above and beyond for me. Even though they were technically closed, Erik personally drove me around to several tire shops to find a replacement tire for my Tesla. The other auto center across the street couldn't even figure out how to remove the wheel cover, but Erik came straight to my car, removed the flat tire with no problem, and then helped me track down the right tire. Erik was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful the entire time. His willingness to help a customer in need during the holidays really stood out. I highly recommend Auto Depot — outstanding service and true customer care. Thank you, Erik and the whole team!

I had been taking my truck to the dealership for repairs and maintenance. My truck has low milage. The dealership advised I needed a new fuel injector and charged heavily for the repair. This did not correct the problem. The worked on it a second time, and again this did not correct the problem. The sounded confused and recommended that I replace all eight fuel injectors in an attempt to correct the problem, but they did not have much confidence in their recommendation. I said thank you and I am out of there. I had read positive comments about Auto Depot so spoke with them and made an appointment. Auto Depot found the real cause of the problem and corrected it in a timely and comparatively inexpensive repair. The problem is gone, and my truck runs like it should. I will not hesitate to take all of my vehicles to Auto Depot from here on out! Their work and timeline are excellent.

I have been to the auto depot 4 times this past year. My Jeep never gave me trouble in the 7 years I had it till this year, Aaron was quick to get me in the shop, I wanna say it was the next business day. They are quick and they are honest. The last time I was in there was just last week, Aaron let me know that there were two fixes that needed to be done, a few days later he told me they looked underneath my jeep for one of the fixes and a couple bolts were just unscrewed and that they would not have to move forward with the second fix, I told him how nice it was of him that they let me know instead of just moving forward with the fix (even though I did give them the go ahead) he never did and I can tell they take pride in being honest and thy don’t like to price gauge. Prices are very fair. In turn, he has got himself another regular trusted customer.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Auto Depot. Four days from having to make an eight hour trip, my engine light came on. I know that it is often something simple but I just did not want to take any chances. My usual mechanic could not take my car until the following week so I took a chance on Auto Depot. It was the best decision! They took it in on Thursday, replaced the part that was causing the issue, and I was back on the road on Friday! About a week after my trip the engine light came back on. I took it in and they found a loose hose and fixed at NO CHARGE. I am very pleased and would recommend Auto Depot to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

I am a widow that is still fragile and finding myself. I have had three situations, especially one that I am thankful and very appreciative of for Auto Depot. Two were servicing, changing the oil and general check up on my Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. The most recent one was for windshield wipers after the car wash destroyed. I pulled into Sequim Auto Depot and talked to Aaron... he was so kind and said he knew Jeep's use a specific type of 'wipers' and he would have them by that afternoon. I actually stopped in the next morning and was taken care of with the most excellent care and respect! Great crew that are honest and caring!

They assessed my car on Monday, and fit my car in because I had to leave early Tuesday morning. All went well with the drive back to Los Angeles. They were thoughtful, thorough, and did a great job. This will be my new mechanic when I make my move there next year.

A few years back I had major work done on my Ford F350 truck, lots of engine work and supposedly U Joints replaced. I am having some work done now with another mechanic and he was asking me about when certain things were last done and I mentioned that they were done the same time as the U Joints were replaced. Uhhhhhh, the U Joints are original. Apparently I was ripped off. Now I am not sure what other things that I paid for were not done. By the way, your mechanic at the time was Justin Gale. I have also tracked him down with the same information and asking for an explanation. Not happy.

There are not enough stars to express my pleasure for Auto Depot. Our car began making noise as we got off the ferry at Kingston. We stopped at a near by auto shop, but they had no time for us. I called 5 other shops with no luck. At about 3pm I called Auto Depot and the owner said, bring it in. When we arrived, we were served within ten minutes. Long story short, parts were ordered, and we were on the road the next morning. The kindness, the friendliness, the professionalism were beyond our expectations. I am so grateful that we landed at Auto Depot.

I brought my 2015 Chevy Colorado into Aaron in the crew at Auto Depot to get my four-wheel drive fixed and get my oil changed and when the mechanic looked at it there was nothing wrong with the four-wheel drive and they completed the oil change and all the service was professional and great and they did not take advantage of me with the situation so I highly recommend Aaron and Auto Depot to anyone out there

First time using Auto Depot for our 2015 BMW X5 diesel and have to acknowledge Aaron's ability to communicate with the customer. I originally went in for an Oil Change and Aaron took it a step further and researched some other maintenance items that may be needed. Aaron pointed out that I may be in need a a fuel filter replacement, so went through my records and found that indeed it was overdue. Aaron even took the extra step to find and procure an OEM Fuel Filter for the replacement. There was absolutely no pressure - this is what we recommend based on your vehicle's maintenance schedule. Both of the items were scheduled to be completed within a couple of days and the work was completed within the time frames Aaron quoted. I will definitely be going back to Auto Depot for it's Customer Service, Transparency and ability to complete the work within the given time frames.

First time customer, called the day before spoke with the owner on the phone to confirm the price to be just below $90 for my oil change with taxes. When I arrived I was quoted an hour for the oil change which I was not prepared for, they said I could walk or wait and they would drop the time to 30 minutes instead. I came back 35 minutes later and ended up waiting in the front for the full hour and was charged $94 instead of the previously agreed amount. I did express my concerns and was called back by the owner who called me by the wrong name repeatedly as they saved my number under someone else. He did admit he misquoted me and his staff were not honest about the timing. They told me that they did a full vehicle inspection, I reminded them I did not ask for that, but they didn’t do a full inspection because I know there were issues prior in my car. This experience would’ve been very different if they were transparent about their time, services and prices. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pulled into Sequim for a Vacation Saturday, did a little shopping, my car wouldn't start.. after car sat awhile, changed battery in FOB, it finally started, but all sorts of random dashboard lights were on. Made it to house we were staying at, no mazda dealerships anywhere near there. My son found Auto Depot, they had great ratings and have worked on the Mazda CX-5 for years. Called first thing Monday morning, they got my car right in, diagnosed the problem, and they were able to fix it and a few other necessary things I had been putting off. My car runs so good now, no squeaky belt sounds or strange noises. I wish I lived closer to this shop, but may do my service there while i am on vacation there in the future. Customer service, Communication, quality of work and price is excellent. Thank you for fixing my car so I have a safe vehicle to drive.

The crew at Auto Depot took car of two of my cars in one week. They diagnosed a huge problem I had with a 2003 Cadillac, which helped us decide if we were going to salvage or fix. No way did they pressure me to throw $$ at a lost cause. Honest small biz is so appreciated. My other car had a check engine light warning. A quick diagnostic check revealed No Big Deal! YAY! Definitely will take my cars here for service.

J.r I was booked out 3 weeks in advance I explained to Carol and Joel the issue of what it was Carol said he would diagnos the truck before just fixing something so I agreed to those terms. Carol never gave me a time frame to arrive I called him twice to let him know today at 230 the truck will be dropped off from Evergreen towing. He said we'll we have about 2 hours of work on it "your not expecting it today are you" no end quote no Carol I replied tomorrow is OK. Well Carol said I can diagnosis it tonight and work on it tomorrow either way I will call you back. Needless to say Carol never called he didn't even call the following afternoon. I called him, he didn't answer. So I hopped on the bus and took a look. The truck didn't even move for 3 days finally on the 3rd day I waited in the lobby for him to show. He said hey j.r we are pulling your truck in now. Lol and so they did Joel and Eric towed my truck behind a suburu and I walked to the store before I can get a mile away he called and said j.r your fuel tank is empty the truck start great runs good. So when I arrive he said I didn't diagnose your truck at all. I said did you check anything with a multimeter or pressure check the pump? Maybe check out the jets in the carb or see if it needs to be timed. He said no but I think it needs to be timed. So here it is the 4th day at 445 he called me again 2 times in 30 mind uhhg j.r are you coming to get the truck well I showed up paid 300 out of 400 which he agreed to. Until following day. The truck barely moved out of the parking lot backfired and sneezed lol so I called Carol back again he said uggggh j.r I have your v.m from last nite I guess the truck won't move. Yep Carol your right the truck isn't drivable. I said I will start working on it myself well I have 3 employees to pay he said and a ton of customers I replied so what em I hoped liver here or what! He said no j.r idk good luck man. Joel is a joke they never even popped the hood the air filter was still off lol

Sequim Auto Depot installed a receiver on my Ford Transit. It only took days from making the appointment to the installation. As my tire pressure indicator was on, Erin also inspected and inflated all five tires to the proper pressure. This had not been part of the plan. He even test drove the van. Fixed my brake problem and thoroughly explained the issue. Fixed the second problem, which was replacing the mechanism and motor so the driver side window would close properly. Both issues were fixed and done correctly and in a timely manner. Fixing the window malfunction cost only a third of the price had I done it at a local dealership. Thank you.

Had a starter problem and the pu truck wouldn't run. Got towed to Auto Depot and was quoted about a week for them to get to it. They diagnosed the problem, got the part, and had all the work done in four days...can't ask for better service than that! Thanks, guys, fir a job well done. I've had two services on my Ford Escape, and both have met my expectations. The owner/manager seems to be committed to quality, and communicates well. I intend to continue using Auto Depot for my vehicle work. Considering that customers may choose to wait for work to be completed, a larger lounge area with toilets would be appreciated, and perhaps even an espresso cafe next door.

my issue was not solved .(0300) still happening they said it was fixed. Its not fixed also i brought it in to find out where the leak was in my air conditioning. They told me it was fixed. I got home and I noticed there was some leakage. I assumed it was from the repair later on. I realize there’s a leak when I called back to let him know about it. He got hostile, he didn’t fix it the first time I brought it in for the 300 and he didn’t fix the air conditioning unit. It still leaks. Also asked to check the tension on the belt for the compressor and now the belt on the compressor is squealing. Apparently, he didn’t check the belt tension after he repaired supposedly repaired the air conditioning leak. My big problem with him is the hostility made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back there if he was the last mechanic on this planet. And I’m not doing this post out of anger I’m doing it because of how he treated me when I complained about their work

Great place! They were able to squeeze me in right away for some emergency brake repair when i was stuck in Sequim. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Came back a few weeks later for a scheduled tune up and they did a great job on that too. Put it this way, I am willing to drive over 2 hours to go here.

I paid $240 for you to refill very little of my coolant, which I had done pre y and I stated it didn’t take hardly any? it was my compressor,that’s why I didn’t come back. I had it diagnosed and I feel like you should’ve done that. Not just fill up my. Coolant again! Told you that had already been done!that’s about $500 I’ve paid to have that done twice.

Love this place. I went to Les Schwab and they told me I needed all new brakes and calipers, took it here for a second opinion and not only did I not need calipers at all, just brake pads, and they saved me almost $300.

Super!!! Was trying to sell a vehicle when engine light came on. Aaron was able to get me in right away. He found the engine light code, printed out details on trouble shooting the code in order to fix it (he would have fixed it if we had time before selling) price was extremely fair….. made the process of selling a vehicle w problems very easy. Today was the second time I’ve brought my Jeep to Auto Depot…..for an oil change. I bought extra oil since the engine is known for using a lot of oil. Aaron explained to me how these particular engines are built and how they work. I just LOVE it when people love their trade and are willing to explain things because I love to learn. Auto Depot is THE BEST. Cant say enough good things about them. My car has been giving me trouble ever since Toyota Wilder “fixed” the idler pulley over a year ago. Toyota quoted me close to 3K for inspecting the source of the squeaky sound that did not go away after they serviced my car. My car finally gave up a few days ago and was towed over to Auto Depot. Giving up car service from “the big guys” and opting to a local mechanic’s shop was the best thing to happen to me in a while. Auto Depot folks figured the issue and got it fixed for ***10 times less the cost*** than Toyota quoted me. The car feels brand new and i could not be more satisfied with their work. A shout out to Aaron for keeping me updated and helping me out throughout this process. I 100% recommend Auto Depot in Sequim.

They do great work, however they are a bit on the pricey side and when I told them I had no bolts or brackets for my backseat they told me they could fix it, then after looking told me they couldn't fix it because I didn't have brackets. Not sure if they didn't fully listen to me, but it was frustrating and the only reason I brought my car in to them in the first place. So my car only got half fixed for more then I thought I would pay.

Auto Depot was recommended to us over the NextDoor app, so word of mouth. The job was a change of alternator, which involves pulling the radiator and air conditionimg compressor. The job went off on schedule and without a hitch,.and they also recharged my AC and changed radiator coolant.(possibly with little to no extra.charge...I haven't actually checked the receipt) but I paid only the amount originally quoted.

We came over on the ferry and our car wouldn’t start when disembarking. After getting a jump we came to Auto Depot, and they were so amazing. They fit us in quickly, tested everything and made sure we were good to go for the rest of our trip. We were so grateful for the help and care we received! 100% recommend this place!

6-24-23 I own a 2010 VW Jetta 2.5 engine. The brake vacuum pump was resealed, new oil pan installed at 1\3 of nearest bid. Car delivered on time at bid. Runs better than it has in years.

I have used Auto Depot for all my auto maintenance and repair for 3 years. They have excellent customer service and are great at getting you scheduled in on short notice. I had an estimate of $3,000 for a repair at another shop and I took it to Auto Depot and they diagnosed it differently which only cost me $168.00. My car has almost 200,000 miles on it and they are great about answering questions and making recommendations to keep my auto running smoothly. Very professional and would highly recommend!

Have been using these guys since I moved to the area. Aaron has always been very accommodating. He is upfront about their expertise at Auto Depot, and if something is beyond their realm of expertise they have been able to recommend people who can help. Aaron has been great at explaining car problems, and has even helped me over the phone as I try and fix things myself. Highly recommend.

I use my truck every day for work and when the brakes went out I called auto depot in sequim. They worked me into the schedule and even stayed late. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Honest, friendly, fair pricing and highly recommended.

The mechanic tried his best, but disappointing result. Seems like he was in over his head running between cars, answering phones, helping the other mechanic with the result being he never really was able to focus on the basic problem. He seemed to have spent a long time trying the same thing over and over, which is what we had been trying, to no avail. Got the car back in a little worse shape and still paid for it. Nice guy, but didn't build confidence.

Aaron, Justin and the guys at Auto Depot are awesome! They are very friendly, and Aaron was kind enough to work with my budget. He got me in as soon as he could. I had had a bad experience with Les Schwab where they misdiagnosed the amount of wear on my front pads and gave me a ridiculously overpriced estimate. After that, I had gone to just about every other shop in Sequim, most were either booked out for weeks, some were downright rude. So I am going to stick with Auto Depot from now on and will recommend them to everyone I know and to anyone looking for good, fast, friendly service!

I had scary noises in my engine and don't live in town anymore. No vehicle was no longer an option for me. Aaron made space for my van and repaired all the items we discussed. When it came time to pick up my van, he even came and picked me up so I didn't need to call a cab. My vehicle works perfectly now. Thank you fellows. I would recommend you to everybody.

Aaron & Justin are extremely wonderful at what they do! Justin diagnosed my nephew's vehicle for us and gave insight into the most efficient and low cost means in repairing my vehicle. Aaron helped me look into great options for some issues that I had been having with my vehicle and for a wonderful affordable price. Justin has repaired a vehicle of mine in the past and did amazing--he is the best mechanic I know and these two are great!
